easy breakfast casserole

1 dozen eggs
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
1 lb. cooked sausage, bacon, or ham
1/4 tsp. dry or regular mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup green pepper
2 Tbsp. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 slices dried bread


Mix all the above ingredients except for the bread.  Tear the bread into pieces and spread evenly on the bottom of a 9 x 13 in. baking dish.  Pour the egg mixture over the bread.  Cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done.
